Simply Waste Solutions, one of the UK’s fastest-growing waste and recycling companies, has further increased its geographical footprint by acquiring the wheeled-bin waste collection services of Oxfordshire-based M&M Waste Solutions.

The deal will also provide Simply Waste Solutions with access to an additional transport yard, waste transfer station and Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) in Cassington close to the city of Oxford, and from where it anticipates growing its customer base further.

Commenting on the acquisition, James Capel, Simply Waste Solutions’ CEO and Founder said;

“Over the last decade, Simply Waste Solutions has built a solid reputation throughout London and the Thames Valley, and so this acquisition fits perfectly with our expansion strategy as we aim to grow our reach and customer base. Having last year acquired Wycombe Trade Waste, in Buckinghamshire, our fleet of 50 vehicles is now able to service the South East and all of the Home Counties.”

M&M Waste Solutions’ roots go back to 1972 when, initially operating out of Witney, the company relocated to its current base in Cassington in the early nineties, with its own Waste Transfer Station and licensed Materials Recycling Facility (MRF). The company’s primary focus over the last few years has shifted more towards offering waste solutions along with the core skip hire and recycling business.
